Do you Accept Returns & Exchanges?

The handmade clothing and jewelry that I sell are not mass produced - which simply means that I do not have several spare garments lying around. If you buy a garment and/or jewelry without reading the description, and you decide to return the item(s) because it doesn't fit or simply because you changed your mind, you have robbed the seller (me) of the opportunity to sell the item(s) to a person who wants to buy it and you have also wasted my valuable time - not cool!

For "exceptional cases" I am willing to accept returns and work with you to fix the problem. I will advise that you read the item description and sizing information very carefully before making a purchase.

Please feel free to ask any question(s) prior to making a purchase.

What About Sizing? I want to Wear Clothes that Fit

Kindly double check the size and color of the garment(s) carefully before placing your order ( Check the Item Description on each product page). All items come as pictured and as described.

I use US Standard Sizing (the body measurements is taken in inches and not centimeters like the UK and AUS standard sizing measurements). I also use shirring technique in most of my designs. Shirred clothing typically takes the shape of the wearer and gives them a figure-hugging flattering fit.

Do you Accept Returns on Items Bought On Sale?

No, I do not accept returns on items purchased on sale. Please read item descriptions before making a purchase and please ask questions if you are unsure about a listing

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES?

Utter Ladyness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the buyer upon placing his/her order. Upon inquiry, Utter Ladyness will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer/buyer to investigate.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT UTTER LADYNESS' SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Utter Ladyness is not responsible for package(s) that shows CONFIRMED delivery.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If the order tracking app shows that your package was "delivered" and you did not receive it, you should quickly contact your local post office. Utter Ladyness will not issue a refund for packages that have been registered as "delivered."

International shipping times typically depends on your country's customs. So give room for your country's customs processing time delays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS AND MY ORDER SHIPS BEFORE I CAN CORRECT THE ERROR?

If a buyer provides the wrong address during checkout and the order ships before the error is brought to the attention of Utter Ladyness; please be informed that Utter Ladyness will NOT be held liable for this error. Once it has been confirmed that the package was delivered to the address that was provided at checkout, Utter Ladyness can provide information such as; date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer/buyer to investigate.
